The number 6 express arrived from the docking bay. Flowen thanked the conductor, and walked out of the station to a near by hotel. He found a cheap hotel, and booked a room for a few weeks. He walked back out into the streets and cast his gaze to the sea. The sea. Flowen hated the sea. To Flowen, the sea was hell. A cold, dark abyss, where you are utterly alone.
Flowen wrenched himself from the sea. Something is wrong... OLGA, sweep the area for D-Cells. OLGA linked with a satellite passing overhead and began scanning. NEGATIVE NO ACTIVE D-CELLS WITHIN TEN MILES, AND NO DORMANT D-CELLS WITHIN 100 YARDS.
"Then what is that?" Flowen muttered, as darkness pooled into solid form.

A dark portal opened in an alley. Out stepped a young woman, with red hair, leather clothes, and an arsenal strapped to her back. She looked around, agape. A city. She was in a city, one that hadn't been razed by nuclear war. She smiled, walking out into the streets, not noticing the people staring at her weapons.
Inside her shadow, a Neoshadow dozed his mistress had wanted to see a city, now she was seeing a city. Although, the way she was acting, she had never been in one before. He shrugged sleepily, and slipped back into his nap. He would find out eventually...
