Wow... Just... wow.
Um, to be perfectly technical, there is nothing about this profile to cause it to be rejected, but I do have a few questions:
1. Why Debbie?
2. Good or Evil? Does he work alone, or will he seek out allies?
3. Is he mentally stable?
3a. If not, what will trigger instability?
4. The mind control objects would work on Player Characters, by my Command, but the player must agree to being commanded. Otherwise, they are allowed to dodge and dodge and dodge.
5. I know it isn't normally required, but I'll need to see a Roleplaying sample. I won't include a word count, but it should be sufficiently long so I can get a good idea of how the character acts.
6. Explain the precise downfall of having an SMI happen. Since "Debbie" is channeling the SMI what would happen to him?

Because that's what the internet decided his working name is. I have no idea why, but who am I to complain? 2. Evil, with Allies. 3, Mentally stable?Absolutely not. Trigger? No, he's ALWAYS like that. Always skipping and trying to make things fabulous. Or, as he sees fabulous. 4. No thanks, I don't want to. I only want them to work on monsters. If a P.C. wants to be a monster, sure, I'll use them on them if they want to be a fabulous mind slave. 5. *sigh* Kaaay, I'll get back to that. I've had the profile finished for like, a month, save the sample, as I've been having writer's block. 6. Too much magic too quickly in once place causes strain on the universe. It's like forcing too much of a liquid into a tube too fast. Stress fractures form in the tube because of the pressure, and it bursts. This causes cracks in the structure of reality. It happens more then one would like to think, but the universe is big enough to compensate. However, if too many fractures occur in too rapid a succession, too close to each other, Rifts can form. A Rift is a hole in reality, a tear in the universe. It leads to The Void, where Gilgamesh was tossed into in Final Fantasy V, and The Void is full of horrible monsters. It leads to other bad places too. Basically, when you rip a hole in the universe, terrible unknowable horrors spill out. This won't happen to Debbie, as he can't resist the urge to be sparkly and diamondy. |

Good answers, just waiting on that RP Sample. I really can't think of a situation for him to be in without me controlling the other players, and even then it's lame. Could maybe Debbie's first thread, where you always end up testing them, be the R.P. Sample? In fact, could that not serve for everybody's? You always have them, so why not take two birds with one stone? That, or just order a scenario, I've been having bad writers block lately. My book is suffering... |
