Weapon(s):Wiley’s weapons of choice is technology, often relying on military tech that he stole from Sharo’s tech lab. One is a simple laser pistol that Wiley rigged with a nuclear battery. Another is a Copybot, which he can use to bring his destructive Navis to the real world. This also has a nuclear battery. His final weapon is his newly made custom Navi, who he simply calls Beast. It is created from the small fragments found from the Cybeasts and his advanced program skills. It could use all the abilities that the Cybeasts could. The Navi must have Wiley operating him and, due to Megaman having absorbed a Cybeast, shares a similar body shape to Lan Hikari’s Navi.

Appearance:Wiley looks like a typical mad scientist, with messy white hair on the sides of his head and a robotic eye in place of his right one. He wears a white jacket with a very long red collar and a brown shoulder covering. He holds a walking stick with an ornamental skull at the top that supports him.
Personality:Wiley is immensely devoted to his work, constantly keeping up with it while he can. He’s a tad bit insane, due to being locked up for so long. Once he makes enemies with someone, he will try to hurt or eliminate them. He also has megalomania and takes control of anything he is a part of.

History/Background:Wiley first makes his appearance as the creator of the LifeVirus intended to destroy the NetWorld. But his attempts were thwarted by Lan Hikari and Megaman. After that, he formed the Net mafia Gospel and created Gospel while trying to replicate Bass’ data. Once again his plans were thwarted by Lan Hikari, and he went into hiding for a long time. He finally resurfaced as the leader of the new WWW, capturing the Cybeasts and placing them in large Copybots to wreak havoc in the NetWorld. For the third time, Lan and Megaman stopped him and he was arrested.
But no criminal mastermind is ever held prisoner. And all Wiley needed was a way to access the net. One day, as one of the guards came to feed him, he took the man’s PET and deleted the Navi, using the PET to search for the remenants of the Cybeasts. He managed to hide the PET long enough to create Beast, and backed the Navi up on the Net and put him in a hibernation state.
Then he waited for his chance to escape. Which didn’t take long. One day, he was visited by mysterious dark figure who offered him the greatest dark power of all. Wiley nodded his acceptance to the man and gasped as he felt his heart fill with darkness. The man allowed Wiley to fiddle with his new powers, then had him follow the man through a dark portal. Focusing on Sharo, he went through it and emerged in one of his secret WWW bases, where he had stored his emergency supplies: a spare PET, several weapons that he had stolen before and his laptop. He noticed the man was gone, then he summoned Heartless to them, commanding them to stay with him and guard him. He then began to program his newest disaster, and God help anybody who got in his way…
Role Playing Sample: Wiley cackled as he sat at his laptop, strings of code scrolling sideways across the screen. As he coded, he studied the Shadows that were guarding, focusing his dark powers on his coding. His plan succeeded, and he was rewarded with an image of his new virus, named after the Heartless that stood in front of him. He keyed in a sequence and sent armies of his new virus on the net, cackling again. He then opened a new program, saying “Beast, it is time to wake!”
Somewhere in the NetWorld, an immense power stirred, pure energy emanating from its resting area. It was time…

Beast Pressure: Beast jumps up and two rocks rain down on your area when it lands. After repeating this for 2-3 times, it will follow up with one of the following.
Mane Lightning: Beast fires its Elec Breath, hitting the front of your area and your current row.
Beast Blazer: Beast fires its Heat Breath, covering the panel immediately in front of it and the back two columns of your area.
Tail Cannon: Beast readies its tail and fires it up and down your column.
Big Claw: Beast disappears. Then, a 3x3 area just in front of your back column lights up. Its claws will slash that area, while Beast will rush down your row. It destroys a loaded chip for every hit.
Mega Beast Tackle: Beast roars, then charges down its row. Rocks will then constantly fall down randomly on your area, with one always tracking your position.
Falzar:
Sonic Wave: Beast moves up to you and fires a T-shaped tornado, like Tengu Beast's chip charge attack. This removes auras and barriers.
Firebird Breath: Beast stays in the middle of its area, and creates three balls of fire. The fireballs will summon phoenixes that will fly at you if you stand in front of them. The phoenixes can be destroyed when hit hard enough.
Strike Feather: Beast flies so high that it cannot be hit, and creates a Wind effect that will blow you back, and remove barriers and auras. At the same time, it fires feathers at your position.
Claw Shot: Beast flies high enough to avoid being hit, and pummels the back 2 columns of your area with its hands, which are temporarily turned to claws.
Weapon(s): Beast's weapons change depending on what Cybeast attack he is using. At times, they will be wolf claws created from bugs, at other times talons. He can also use his tail to shoot at the enemy multiple times and can breathe fire, thanks to Gregar's data.
When using Falzar's attacks, he can summon strong cyberwinds to blow away auras and summon phoenix minions to attack for him.

Appearance: Beast looks like a mix between Megaman's Falzar and Gregar Beast Out forms mixed together, but is different because he is white instead of crimson or purple. Depending on his current attack, his hands can be changed to claws or talons. He ahs a long tail that he can fire into enemy territory.
Personality: Beast is a highly intellegent Navi, capable to find a way out or win most situations. Being made of Cybeast data, he is slightly wild and sometimes loses control, similar to a Beast Over in MMBN6. He can't speak English, so he resorts to roaring and growling. Wiley has a decoder to be able to understand this, but it is the only one.

History/Background: Beast doesn't have any recollection of when he was a Cyebast or when part of him was actually part of Megaman. All he remembers is being awoken by the "Master", the man who had created him. He then was given bugs to assimilate into his Navi form, which awoken the Cybeasts in him and unlocked his full potential. Currently, he resides in the new WWW Area of the NetWorld, awaiting command.
