Appearance: He is 100 centimeters tall. He weighs 77 pounds. His eyes are red. He has white and black jet shoes. It has a red plate that sort of like is on the edges of the shoes. He has white gloves. He has rings like cuffed on his wrists and ankles. His basic color of fur is Jet Black. He has 4 spikes of hair on his left and right side of his head. They sort of curve down then a little up. He has one big spike of hair on top of his head, which curves down. They all have a red stripe that goes down each spike of hair. He has a little white fur right below his face. He has a black nose. He has no humorous look on his face. His look in his face either shows anger or calmness. He has a short, small, pointed black tail. He has two small black spikes of hair on his back. The top one is bigger than the one below it. He has black ears too.
Personality: He prefers to work alone in situations. He never bluffs. He considers Sonic his rival. He works with Sonic, despite their differences, when necessary. In battle, Shadow acts aggressive. He swears to his failure and anger. He can be stubborn and somewhat sarcastic. He is disturbed of thinking of himself being used as a weapon. Even without his memories, the most important thing is that he is Shadow the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Life Form.
Original World: Prison Island
Current Residing World: G.U.N.
History/Background: Shadow was released out of his capsule in Prison Island by Dr. Eggman. To repay him, Shadow agreed to help him with his plans of World Domination. He really wanted to get revenge for Maria though. She had a disease, similar to AIDS. He was created so her grandfather, Gerald Robotnik, could study immortality. She was killed during the invasion of ARK, by G.U.N., after she released the capsule that Shadow was in to Earth. Anyways, Shadow met Rouge the Bat. They tried to blow up Prison Island. Rouge though, was trapped with a chaos emerald. Shadow rescued Rouge for the chaos emerald. Rouge assumes that wasn’t the full story though. Shadow had a duel with Sonic before the place blew. After that, he went to rescue Rouge. Shadow revealed the Eclipse Canon on the ARK to Eggman, which destroyed half the moon in demonstration. Shadow realized, with the help of Amy Rose, that Maria’s true intention for Shadow was to help humanity. Shadow helped Sonic save the world, and sacrificed himself for the world as Super Shadow. He thought to himself as he hurdled to earth, “If I live through this, I must always remember that I am Shadow the Hedgehog.”
Rouge found Shadow deep in one of Eggman’s bases. He got into a fight with Omega. Rouge stopped Shadow and Omega from killing each other. Shadow though, lost his memory. He didn’t remember Rouge, but he had confidence that she was a friend. They worked together to stop Metal Sonic and Eggman. They met Team Chaotix and Team Rose during these events.
The earth was then invaded by Black Arms. He found out that he was created with Black Doom’s DNA. He had a hard time choosing who to help, and who to trust. In the end Shadow turned into Super Shadow and destroyed the invading Black Comet with the Eclipse Canon. After those events, Shadow chose to forget his dark past.
Shadow worked with G.U.N. and rescued Rouge from one of Eggman’s base. They then escaped Eggman with the scepter of darkness. Eggman caught up to them and it ended up with a choice, a choice to save Rouge or the scepter. He chose to save Rouge, and the scepter shattered, which released Mephiles the Dark. They traveled to the future, which they discovered that Shadow has become the enemy of mankind, because of the fear of his power. Shadow faces off with Mephiles, but then saved by Omega from the past. Rouge traveled to the past to have Omega help Shadow. The three chase Mephiles until Omega caught up to him. Mephiles revealed to Omega that he is the one who captures Shadow in the future. Eventually Mephiles gained hold of all 7 chaos emeralds and merged with Iblis, becoming Solaris. He turns into Super Shadow, who teams up with Super Silver and Super Sonic to defeat them. These events did not happen though, because Sonic and the princess reset the past. So these events did not happen.
Role Playing Sample: (I am going to use an event from Sonic the Hedgehog 06)
Surrounded by the clones of Mephiles, Shadow stood in the middle with Rouge and Omega by his side. It wasn’t a surprise for Shadow. He was the one who captured him in the past.
“Why fight, Shadow? Why fight for the ones who will betray you in the future?” Mephiles asked sinisterly.
Shadow thought it was over. He remembered Maria’s wish though. Was this really the time and place to risk his life? “She wanted me to help mankind…” he thought. If Mephiles won, the world would be in peril. He must stop him.
The Ultimate Life Form started to un-cuff his rings. “So what if he is right… If the world chooses to fight me, I will fight them back.” He thought

“If the world chooses to become my enemy…” he told Mephiles. “I will fight like I always have…”
As the rings touched the ground, he felt so much energy. He felt it in his veins. This was it, the time to fight back. He turned his head quickly over to Rouge and Omega. They nodded. Shadow turned his head back, and he started to run. A force of light surround him, it was pure power. The Black Hedgehog remembered his past. He remembered all the names he was called.
“Project Shadow, Faker, Traitor…” he thought. He remembered his friends though. Rouge who believed in him, Omega who would stick by his side as long as it could, those were his friends. He thought to himself in confidence, “I am Shadow the Hedgehog.”
